By miracle, I made it to seventy three years old on this planet.  I like doing things outdoors.  I surf fish, kayak, canoe, hike and outdoor photography.  The latter seems to be the most active endeavor.  I do not know what time is left with my body after undergoing cancer surgery and treatment a several years ago.  Little by little, I am trying to get back to my near normal active outdoor self.

I do not like to discuss personal biz on this blog but years 2024 to present has been horrible.  My spouse is bedridden and my youngest son has been in and out of hospitals and remains in critical condition.  This is one of the main reasons why I have not been posting photos and stories on this blog as frequent as I like to.

Anyhow, most if not all the photos on my blog are greatly reduced in size.  I presently shoot with a Nikon DSLRs.  I presently use GoPro and Fuji point and shoot cameras while kayaking.

I have recently moved from New Jersey to Delaware.  There is a pond in the backyard.  There are resident eagles, blue heron, ducks and geese.  Some egrets and a visiting osprey have been spotted.  Deer and fox have also visited the pond.
